The person that came doesn’t have enough experience or the knowledge to solve the problem. He had to call his supervisor for directions since he’s only doing garage doors installation for a year. There was no broken components that needed replacing so the problem is the cable on one side came loose! His supervisor told him that they don’t do the unwinding because they break a components and they don’t have the parts? I selected Precision Door because they have an average of 5-star rating in their website! I ended paying up an $60 service fee for nothing that I didn’t know already? They have a hard sell on replacing the garage door spring mechanism for $993? I don’t think this is a company that is good on fixing a problem! Probably they’re rated 5-star for installation since it is more money and easier to just install rather than to fix?

Garage door broke and became detached on a Sunday afternoon causing a potentially dangerous situation. I called Prevision garage door service and they were very prompt to send a technician to secure the door. He was friendly and very qualified in securing the door, giving a great peace of mind. The fee to secure the door was waived with a purchase of a new garage door from Precision, of which the cost of the door and labor very reasonable.

Called around 8:30 this morning. Told them my spring was broke & door would not open. Steve came promptly & started working on the problem. He was very courteous & professional.
