Great job done by your technician, Steve Clark. My residential, Double wide overhead door and opener were operating VERY badly due to no maintenance for many years. Steve diagnosed the several problem areas, gave me a reasonable estimate, then he efficiently did the repairs. Now the door and opener work smoothly, quietly, with no banging noises! Thank you.

Arrived on time. Pleasant service man to deal with. Pretty expensive, over $300 for an hour and 15 minutes work (+ one cable and connector). Tried a little too hard to upsell me to complete door overhaul.
