Steve was friendly and professional he found the problem and fixed it. Then he pointed out frayed cables and that the door was old and he didn't have parts, I knew the door needed to be replaced. I asked Steve for an estimate for a standard insulated door,he figured up 3 for me to choose from and there was no pressure. I chose one and he's going to get me on the schedule.

I had called for a possible appointment and estimate last evening and they gave me the impression that they were local i was in need to get someone at my home soon they made an appointment today they arriver and gave my partner an older person and I believe that it was the reason for the outrageous prices a quote of over $750 dollars for a tortion spring. Way over the cost of the entire jackshaft assembly I had called the original installation company and the quote was les tham half for the same job i had to tell the technician to stop 2 times before he would put his tools away and leave He had the job started and reinstalled the old parts when i told him to leave it where it was when i had spoken him this was not a very appropriate situation and way over priced I believe that we were quoted with the attempt to take advantage of an older person and was caught in the act not appropriate business practice. I will not be calling you’re service again i will definitely be more careful with calling for service for now on and stay local sorry for the negative response but this is what happens when you don’t research more before making a decision to get services

Francisco was very professional and your prompt service was appreciated. Being a former businessman myself I understand that the cheap price is not always the best option… but with that said to replace 2 springs and 2 cables and with the adjustment my bill was $950.00. The national average is between $300 and $600.00. Curious to as why there is a difference in pricing.

Technician was amazing. Extremely hard working (despite terrible heat inside garage), very knowledgeable and friendly. Company responded right away and got the work done the same day on my door that was stuck open. Parts were priced a bit high but overall worth it.

I looked on internet for someone to fix my garage door opener. Would not work anymore. I called your number they told me no one could come until 2 or 6 the next day. A little worried when i found out they had to come from so far away. No worries Trevor showed up early. He looked at it and found the problem and we discussed it he gave me a price for new opener. I chose to call Precision because of all the favorable “Reviews”! They did not disappoint. Trevor was our serviceman who arrived promptly in the morning. I called late afternoon the day before, and was scheduled for the next morning. Within ten minutes, Trevor was able to resolve the problem with our garage door opener. It was not opening due to a power loss in our neighborhood and the memory was lost, Trevor made sure everything was operative, including the opener programmed in my car. The fee was $49, which I thought was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

What a great business. Everyone else is closed on the weekends but not Precision. Steven Clark was my tech. He is a pleasant gentleman that is very knowledgeable and works efficiently and gets the job done. Mine was a simple repair but I look forward to a new install in the near future. I’m happy with the Genie product. I moved from a chain to a belt drive. I also moved from a 1/2 hp to a 3/4 hp motor. My new units are quieter and smoother.
