I was very pleased with the two gentlemen that came to repair my garage door. They were scheduled to be here at 10:00 AM and was here at nine. I absolutely love them for being above and beyond their normal time schedule. Also, the two gentlemen were very kind, courteous, polite, and very professional. One gentleman‘s name was Francisco, and I cannot remember what the other gentleman‘s name was I believe it might’ve been Paul. They did a fantastic job and in a reliable frame time. Using the online scheduling was a tremendous help in taking care of our broken garage door situation considering this happened on a holiday. We were able to schedule online and pick the day and time availability that fit my schedule. The experience of being kept informed with emails on who was coming to take care of the service repair was very satisfying with the introduction of our service repairmen. Trevor examining our situation provided different options on the repair which gave a feeling of not being pressured. His quick response to our situation and being very upfront Trevor assured us that our door could be back up and functional.

Door went bad a day before Memorial day . I looked online to see if any door companys could work on a holiday . Precision door company said they could do it . The tech showed up and inspected the door and gave me three options . I picked one and he then did the work right then . Very polite and explained everything clearly . The door works great now and should last a long time .

I'm giving 5 stars for Francisco. That young man was outstanding! Even though he could not fix my garage door at this time, (old door) he gave it the once over and a clean. He put a note on my paper work that a certain rubber for the door bottom needs to be ordered. He's a keeper!

I juat happened upon Precision on a Google search, and I am so glad it popped up! Steven was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained all the scenarios and how much each would cost.
