I looked on internet for someone to fix my garage door opener. Would not work anymore. I called your number they told me no one could come until 2 or 6 the next day. A little worried when i found out they had to come from so far away. No worries Trevor showed up early. He looked at it and found the problem and we discussed it he gave me a price for new opener. Took him 1 hour. He was very pleasant and got job done fast. Yes i would recommend your company I am a 73 yr .old handicapped woman. Thanks very much.

I chose to call Precision because of all the favorable “Reviews”! They did not disappoint. Trevor was our serviceman who arrived promptly in the morning. I called late afternoon the day before, and was scheduled for the next morning. Within ten minutes, Trevor was able to resolve the problem with our garage door opener. It was not opening due to a power loss in our neighborhood and the memory was lost, Trevor made sure everything was operative, including the opener programmed in my car. The fee was $49, which I thought was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

What a great business. Everyone else is closed on the weekends but not Precision. Steven Clark was my tech. He is a pleasant gentleman that is very knowledgeable and works efficiently and gets the job done. Mine was a simple repair but I look forward to a new install in the near future. I was very pleased with the two gentlemen that came to repair my garage door. They were scheduled to be here at 10:00 AM and was here at nine. I absolutely love them for being above and beyond their normal time schedule. Also, the two gentlemen were very kind, courteous, polite, and very professional. One gentleman‘s name was Francisco, and I cannot remember what the other gentleman‘s name was I believe it might’ve been Paul. They did a fantastic job and in a reliable frame time. Using the online scheduling was a tremendous help in taking care of our broken garage door situation considering this happened on a holiday. We were able to schedule online and pick the day and time availability that fit my schedule. Door went bad a day before Memorial day . I looked online to see if any door companys could work on a holiday . Precision door company said they could do it . The tech showed up and inspected the door and gave me three options . I picked one and he then did the work right then . Very polite and explained everything clearly .
