The spring on our garage door broke, making the garage door inoperable by us. I called Precision Door because I saw they were open when I wanted to call! Their technician, Francisco was fantastic! He called before arriving (even early!), reviewed the existing door, cables, springs, etc. He presented 3 options for repairs and their related costs. Once selected, he set to work and had the entire job done in around 2 hours. I recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Davenport.

I called and scheduled an appointment to get an estimate to replace my current garage door and opener. Appointment was scheduled for 11-7 between 8am and noon. He arrived just after 8 and was very knowledgeable and helpful answering questions. He asked to have 15 or 20 minutes to prepare an estimate. He came to the door a few minutes later and apologized as he wasn't able to get a price on the garage door we picked out. Stated he has spoke to his supervisor and forwarded the information to him and he would be in contact around noon that same day. This was good as we had expressed our desire to get a quick quote as we had another estimate and wanted to decide that day. Noon came and went and now four days later still no contact. Needless to say the other company is getting our business. I give zero stars if possible.

Technician was very thorough and courteous. Gave different options on repairs. Was diligent his work effort and tested everything to make sure all components were all functioning to the correct standards was courteous and professional in the handling on installation of all components. Would recommend this company to anyone and will call them in the future if repairs are needed in the future. All used materials were removed, and area was cleaned up to the point to couldn't tell they were there.

We were please with Precision Garage Doors. Your Receptionist was able to schedule us the same day. Steve called first, and then arrived and got to work. Our old garage door opener was 20 years old and beyond repair. Steve was very good, and kind enough to help up from the floor after my sticker shock on the new one! He installed the new Genie 1/2 horse and all connections. He greased all rollers. It is now much quieter. Steve was great! He deserves a raise. Thank you. Grant McManus.

Great job done by your technician, Steve Clark. My residential, Double wide overhead door and opener were operating VERY badly due to no maintenance for many years. Steve diagnosed the several problem areas, gave me a reasonable estimate, then he efficiently did the repairs. Now the door and opener work smoothly, quietly, with no banging noises! Thank you.
