I juat happened upon Precision on a Google search, and I am so glad it popped up! Steven was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained all the scenarios and how much each would cost. The spring on our garage door broke, making the garage door inoperable by us. I called Precision Door because I saw they were open when I wanted to call! Their technician, Francisco was fantastic! He called before arriving (even early!), reviewed the existing door, cables, springs, etc. He presented 3 options for repairs and their related costs. I called and scheduled an appointment to get an estimate to replace my current garage door and opener. Appointment was scheduled for 11-7 between 8am and noon. He arrived just after 8 and was very knowledgeable and helpful answering questions. He asked to have 15 or 20 minutes to prepare an estimate. He came to the door a few minutes later and apologized as he wasn't able to get a price on the garage door we picked out. Stated he has spoke to his supervisor and forwarded the information to him and he would be in contact around noon that same day. This was good as we had expressed our desire to get a quick quote as we had another estimate and wanted to decide that day. Noon came and went and now four days later still no contact. Needless to say the other company is getting our business. I give zero stars if possible.
