I was very pleased with the two gentlemen that came to repair my garage door. They were scheduled to be here at 10:00 AM and was here at nine. I absolutely love them for being above and beyond their normal time schedule. Also, the two gentlemen were very kind, courteous, polite, and very professional. One gentleman‘s name was Francisco, and I cannot remember what the other gentleman‘s name was I believe it might’ve been Paul. They did a fantastic job and in a reliable frame time. Using the online scheduling was a tremendous help in taking care of our broken garage door situation considering this happened on a holiday. We were able to schedule online and pick the day and time availability that fit my schedule. Door went bad a day before Memorial day . I looked online to see if any door companys could work on a holiday . Precision door company said they could do it . The tech showed up and inspected the door and gave me three options . I picked one and he then did the work right then . Very polite and explained everything clearly . The door works great now and should last a long time .

I juat happened upon Precision on a Google search, and I am so glad it popped up! Steven was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained all the scenarios and how much each would cost. The spring on our garage door broke, making the garage door inoperable by us. I called Precision Door because I saw they were open when I wanted to call! Their technician, Francisco was fantastic! He called before arriving (even early!), reviewed the existing door, cables, springs, etc. He presented 3 options for repairs and their related costs. Technician was very thorough and courteous. Gave different options on repairs. Was diligent his work effort and tested everything to make sure all components were all functioning to the correct standards was courteous and professional in the handling on installation of all components. Would recommend this company to anyone and will call them in the future if repairs are needed in the future. All used materials were removed, and area was cleaned up to the point to couldn't tell they were there.
