I chose to call Precision because of all the favorable “Reviews”! They did not disappoint. Trevor was our serviceman who arrived promptly in the morning. I called late afternoon the day before, and was scheduled for the next morning. Within ten minutes, Trevor was able to resolve the problem with our garage door opener. It was not opening due to a power loss in our neighborhood and the memory was lost, Trevor made sure everything was operative, including the opener programmed in my car. The fee was $49, which I thought was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

I’m happy with the Genie product. I moved from a chain to a belt drive. I also moved from a 1/2 hp to a 3/4 hp motor. My new units are quieter and smoother. On the 4th of July, Precision Door was open, I spoke with a ‘live’ person and they arrived BEFORE the scheduled arrival time. I was very pleased with the two gentlemen that came to repair my garage door. They were scheduled to be here at 10:00 AM and was here at nine. I absolutely love them for being above and beyond their normal time schedule. Also, the two gentlemen were very kind, courteous, polite, and very professional. One gentleman‘s name was Francisco, and I cannot remember what the other gentleman‘s name was I believe it might’ve been Paul. They did a fantastic job and in a reliable frame time. Using the online scheduling was a tremendous help in taking care of our broken garage door situation considering this happened on a holiday. Door went bad a day before Memorial day . I looked online to see if any door companys could work on a holiday . Precision door company said they could do it . The tech showed up and inspected the door and gave me three options . I picked one and he then did the work right then . Very polite and explained everything clearly . Technician was very thorough and courteous. Gave different options on repairs. Was diligent his work effort and tested everything to make sure all components were all functioning to the correct standards was courteous and professional in the handling on installation of all components. Would recommend this company to anyone and will call them in the future if repairs are needed in the future. All used materials were removed, and area was cleaned up to the point to couldn't tell they were there.
