I juat happened upon Precision on a Google search, and I am so glad it popped up! Steven was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained all the scenarios and how much each would cost. I never felt pressured, especially when I said I needed to wait until my husband got home. Steven came back, we decided what we wanted fixed, and he got it done fast! Highly recommend Precision! We will be calling again when we are ready to replace the rest.

The spring on our garage door broke, making the garage door inoperable by us. I called Precision Door because I saw they were open when I wanted to call! Their technician, Francisco was fantastic! He called before arriving (even early!), reviewed the existing door, cables, springs, etc. He presented 3 options for repairs and their related costs. Once selected, he set to work and had the entire job done in around 2 hours. I recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Davenport.

Technician was very thorough and courteous. Gave different options on repairs. Was diligent his work effort and tested everything to make sure all components were all functioning to the correct standards was courteous and professional in the handling on installation of all components. Would recommend this company to anyone and will call them in the future if repairs are needed in the future. All used materials were removed, and area was cleaned up to the point to couldn't tell they were there.

Great job done by your technician, Steve Clark. My residential, Double wide overhead door and opener were operating VERY badly due to no maintenance for many years.
