Using the online scheduling was a tremendous help in taking care of our broken garage door situation considering this happened on a holiday. We were able to schedule online and pick the day and time availability that fit my schedule. The experience of being kept informed with emails on who was coming to take care of the service repair was very satisfying with the introduction of our service repairmen. Trevor examining our situation provided different options on the repair which gave a feeling of not being pressured. His quick response to our situation and being very upfront Trevor assured us that our door could be back up and functional.

Door went bad a day before Memorial day . I looked online to see if any door companys could work on a holiday . Precision door company said they could do it . The tech showed up and inspected the door and gave me three options . I picked one and he then did the work right then . Very polite and explained everything clearly . The door works great now and should last a long time .

The spring on our garage door broke, making the garage door inoperable by us. I called Precision Door because I saw they were open when I wanted to call! Their technician, Francisco was fantastic! He called before arriving (even early!), reviewed the existing door, cables, springs, etc. He presented 3 options for repairs and their related costs.
