I'm giving 5 stars for Francisco. That young man was outstanding! Even though he could not fix my garage door at this time, (old door) he gave it the once over and a clean. He put a note on my paper work that a certain rubber for the door bottom needs to be ordered. He's a keeper!

The service technician tried everything possible to fix my old garage door opener and when that didn’t work he installed a new one and was done with it in about 90 mins. He was very nice and a hard worker.

A technician named Steve was more than reasonable and helpful as he went above and beyond inching under the door to get into my garage, took care of the problem as well as provided security tips on the adjacent garages and how to prevent break-ins and theft.

We were please with Precision Garage Doors. Your Receptionist was able to schedule us the same day. Steve called first, and then arrived and got to work. Our old garage door opener was 20 years old and beyond repair. Steve was very good, and kind enough to help up from the floor after my sticker shock on the new one! He installed the new Genie 1/2 horse and all connections. He greased all rollers. It is now much quieter. Steve was great! He deserves a raise. Thank you. Grant McManus.

The person that came doesn’t have enough experience or the knowledge to solve the problem. He had to call his supervisor for directions since he’s only doing garage doors installation for a year. There was no broken components that needed replacing so the problem is the cable on one side came loose! His supervisor told him that they don’t do the unwinding because they break a components and they don’t have the parts? I selected Precision Door because they have an average of 5-star rating in their website! I ended paying up an $60 service fee for nothing that I didn’t know already? They have a hard sell on replacing the garage door spring mechanism for $993? I don’t think this is a company that is good on fixing a problem! Probably they’re rated 5-star for installation since it is more money and easier to just install rather than to fix?
