Garage door broke and became detached on a Sunday afternoon causing a potentially dangerous situation. I called Prevision garage door service and they were very prompt to send a technician to secure the door. He was friendly and very qualified in securing the door, giving a great peace of mind. The fee to secure the door was waived with a purchase of a new garage door from Precision, of which the cost of the door and labor very reasonable.

Steven came out and explained everything we were replacing, why we replaced it and even how it worked. I feel not only better about how my garage door functions but my understanding of how everything works to help it function. Got my garage door to open and function with a new spring system thats more efficent and safe.
